Our procurement desk is structured to interlock with the way the Armed Forces, DPSUs and licensed Indian primes actually buy. No opaque timelines, no surprise charges — a four-stage flow with defined exit criteria at each gate.

RFQ intake & review
We acknowledge every RFQ within one working day. Requirements, quantities, grade and delivery are reviewed by our procurement desk.
- 02Day 2–7
Engineering & costing
DFM review, material selection and process routing are finalised. Costing is transparent and line-itemised.
- 03Day 7–10
Quotation & sampling
A firm quotation is issued with lead-time, certifications and sampling proposal. First-article inspection accompanies samples.
- 04Per PO
Production & delivery
On acceptance, production runs against a routing card with inspection at defined stages. Delivery includes full documentation set.
