Our capability stack is organised around three integrated pillars: Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Keeping them under one roof is what makes tight tolerances and on-time delivery possible on low-volume defence work.
Engineering is the gate that every job passes through — before costing, before routing. A buildable design with a defensible tolerance plan is the foundation of everything downstream.

Manufacturability assessed against our actual plant. Tolerance stack-up is formally analysed before release.
FEA for structural and thermal behaviour is being added as a partner capability — ready for strategic programmes in FY26–27.
Machining, fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing sit inside one facility under one quality protocol. Nothing critical is shipped out to untraceable sub-tiers.
Turning, milling and multi-axis machining on calibrated equipment. Critical dimensions are verified in-process, not just at final inspection.
Sheet-metal fabrication, TIG/MIG welding and precision forming — all tracked against drawing revisions and certified weld procedures.
Protective and functional finishes aligned to defence and marine specifications — corrosion, wear, appearance and signature control.
Hardening, tempering and stress-relief carried out through qualified heat-treatment partners with full material test records.
Our quality function owns the declared grade. It has a veto at every gate — including commercial pressure — to ensure we don’t release what we can’t stand behind.
Quality is built in, not bolted on. Inspection stations sit inside the production flow, not only at the end.
Calibrated instruments across dimensional, form and surface-finish inspection — CMM capability is in the current-year plan.
Every batch is serialised. Material, machine, operator and inspection records are archived against the job number.
